Based on the human being and its intrinsic characteristics: breath, movement, emotions, thoughts, intentions and environment. Its main goal lays on enhancing humanness in its most crude and genuine form.\nBio: \nSince 2009 Rakesh has been working on developing a contemporary movement method called intAct – using Kalarippayattu and contemporary movement techniques, Yogic principles.
