An ideal work for ballerinas, acrobats and lovers of the movement who seek to expand their creativity to expand their artistic horizons.\n\nBiography\nVanholzers is an interdisciplinary performing arts company founded in 2021 by Raphael Miro Holzer, who is an award-winning choreographer, movement director, and pedagogue based in Vienna and Barcelona. With this project, he strives to produce high-quality arts projects that are in constant dialogue with other creative disciplines, pushing the boundaries of dance and developing his choreographic method ‘Blueprint’. In 2021 the Catalan magazine Fila Zero named him among the top next generation artists to watch. In the same year Holzer won the Premio Fundación AISGE and the dantzaZ residency award for his first choreographic creation «Desire de paragüas» which is still touring. In 2023 he was invited to return to his home country Austria. As part of tanztage23, the Posthof – Linz presented a triple bill of Holzer’s performances and received fantastic reviews. His next creation will premiere in late 2023 at the State Music and Ballet Center Sofia for the Bulgarian national ballet arabesque. Most recently he received the «Best choreography» Award from Moving Body Festival for the film «Truth is in the details» which is currently screening at film festivals worldwide.\nOrganized by: ROPA / Roberto Olivan Performing Arts and L’OBRADOR Espai de Creació.\nWith the support of: Departament de Cultura de la Generalitat de Catalunya and Diputació de Tarragona.\n
