Synopsis

This contemporary dance workshop is an opportunity to deepen the integration of movement, the relationship between bodies and between body and space/environment, as well as gestures and sounds. Together we will explore the worlds of dance, movement and live music, investigating their links through different games.

The workshop will consist of a series of warm-up, rhythmic, physical and dynamic exercises and improvisations with the aim of reconnecting with archaic movements and our body’s ability to change shape. A metamorphosis between fire and water, earth and air, strength and delicacy… that will meet music and live sound.
